Scheduling your fleet
The Workspace also gives you the ability to set a schedule for your entire site. Schedules are important for defining system usage to help automate your system and reduce system energy maintenance.
Setting a schedule
The schedule should reflect the hours in which the office is occupied. We recommend setting a schedule that extends just beyond the hours of the workday at your office; for example, if the office is usually occupied starting at 9am, we’d recommend setting a start time before then, so that the devices can remediate any air quality concerns, prior to people arriving for the day. Same rationale applies for the end of the day. If people usually leave between 5-6pm and the cleaning crews come in starting at 6:30pm, maybe have the devices scheduled until 7pm. Devices still provide sensor readings in the hours outside of the schedule.
