Control Center Functions
The Devices section in the Workspace serves multiple purposes. You can view all devices, device and sensor statuses, device mode, and filter life (where applicable). You can use a search feature to help you filter and identify devices that need attention. Device management will help you manage filter replacements and other maintenance tasks. You can view by device type, filter by space, and search for specific devices.
You’ll be able to see and filter by:
- General device connectivity status for purifiers, sensors, and gateways

Detailed information about your hardware:
- Physical location of the device
- Device asset ID number
- Serial number
- Associated gateway (where relevant)
- Device mode (where relevant)
- Power consumption
- Sensor status (where relevant)
- Mode
- Filter life
- Firmware version

Sensor readings from individual devices (where relevant/collected):
- AQI
- PM2.5
- TVC
- CO2
- Temperature
- Humidity
- Light levels
- Light temp
- Ambient noise
- Occupancy
Device-specific data
Clicking into a specific device will give you a more detailed view of device information and data outputs from that device. Tooltips are provided within the data view, in case there are questions about the information being collected.
Advanced device details
Clicking into advanced device details allows you to view device settings, modes, properties, and information about firmware updates. Depending on your user permissions, you may be able to make modifications to these features. Information found in advanced device details may help with connectivity-related troubleshooting.
