The Workspace includes the ability to manage your organization. In most cases, a technical sales manager will have set up the organization for you; when you login, please check to confirm that your organization details are correct. What you see on this page may vary depending on your user permissions. If any of the information that you see is incorrect, please reach out to your technical sales manager to make the change. 

The information provided here, like the unique URL, helps identify your organization and to set up a distinct instance within WellCube. Every WellCube user at your organization will use that url to navigate your company’s specific WellCube website. 

Scrolling further down, you’ll see information about the headquarters, your point of contact for WellCube (likely your technical sales manager), and information about the sites that exist within this organization (for example if two office locations have WellCube, you’ll see both listed here).

Sites

Every user can see all sites within your organization. You’ll be able to see the physical address for the site, as well as the date the site was added to WellCube, and the status. Status will tell you if the site has been installed or if it’s waiting for an install date.
