To make your system design conversations as successful as possible, we strongly recommend coming prepared with the following: 

• Up to date versions of your floor plans, including dimensions (width, height, ceiling height) of rooms. 
• Floor plans with furniture details included to better understand and obstacles for the system design and installation
• Electrical and ethernet outlets highlighted (this level of specificity isn’t mandatory for quote generation, but it does help with device placement and will help ensure you meet your goals with respect to reporting) 
• Security protocols and any network requirements currently in use in your organization for other IoT devices
