Get Access to the Workspace

If you're looking to gain access to the WellCube Workspace, the technical sales manager added your organization and relevant details to the Workspace and set up a virtual representation of the specific space receiving WellCube devices (known as a “Site” in WellCube). Device placement plans, approved by a member of your organization, have also been uploaded to your Workspace.

Your invitation

You’ll receive an invite to join the WellCube Workspace from a WellCube technical sales manager or a point of contact from your company, likely the individual who has been designated Organization Administrator. You’ll be added to the entire organization or to a specific site, depending on your role in the system and the associated permissions. Your permissions include management of your fleet of WellCube devices and access key information like the system API and reporting. Accept the invitation and get started!

Note that Workspace users may have different permissions, based on their role or job function within your company. WellCube has Organization Administrators, Site Administrators, and External Collaborator roles. What you see and the actions you’re able to perform in the software is determined by your permissions:

  • Organization Administrators (or Org admins) are typically the main point of contact across your organization for WellCube
  • Site Administrators (or Site admins) are the point of contact for specific physical office or location within the organization
  • External collaborators have limited permissions and typically are reserved for installers or WellCube team members, assisting with installation or maintenance
