Workspace Navigation Tools

As you explore the Workspace, you’ll notice two different navigation menus, the top navigation and the left panel navigation. In the top panel, on the right hand side, you’ll find access to your profile, the WellCube Help Center, and notifications. You’ll notice that these top and left menus remain accessible as navigation tools as you move through different pages. 

 

Navigating between sites 

Now, let’s turn our attention to the left side of the top navigation. This will only apply to users who have access to multiple sites. To change between site views, you’ll take the following steps. 

On the left hand side, you can see “Viewing” and the name of a site below, in this example, testsite5. . 

 

 

If you’re able to view multiple sites, you can select the dropdown arrow for a complete list of sites that you have access to. Simply click on the site that you’d like to access, and you’ll be directed there. If you don’t see a site there that you think you should have access to, reach out to your org admin or your technical sales manager for assistance.

Navigating to a different site will automatically update the data you see under key features to reflect that new site. For example, if you’re viewing Devices in testsite5 but want to see how devices are performing in an amazing site, stay on the Devices tab and switch to an amazing site using the navigation dropdown. The information you’re viewing in Devices will update to reflect the devices in an amazing site. 



Help center 

Your technical sales manager will act as your point of contact for all WellCube-related support needs. They’re experts on WellCube and know the ins and outs of your unique WellCube implementation. The Workspace also has a built-in support feature with Zendesk. You can submit tickets at any time for any technical support questions you may have. Use this link for tickets. 

You can find your technical sales manager’s information on your organization’s page (more on that on page 35) and the Zendesk support feature under the question mark on the top right, next to your profile and notifications.

Left navigation panel

The left navigation panel is where you’ll access key organization and site information that we began to explore in the ‘What is it?’ section of the document. Read on for a deep dive into the navigation items.
