What do I need to know about installation?

WellCube installation is performed by a team of verified third party installers, based on the system design created by a member of your organization and your organization's technical sales manager. The number of devices and placement of those devices was established during system design.

The installer has the approved system design schematic and will place devices based on that information. In the event that there are changes that need to be made, we strongly recommend contacting your technical sales manager to work through those changes. Changes to the agreed upon system design may result in compromised system efficacy.

Is there anything I need to do to prepare for install?

The WellCube point of contact at your site should plan to be on site for the day of the installation. That person should familiarize themselves with the system design schematic, so they can assist should any questions come up. They should also coordinate to have a member of the IT team present for any support questions.

What supplies do I need for installation day?

You'll need to supply ethernet cords for each of the gateways installed. To identify the number of gateways, review the system design schematic.

For questions about system design, go to System Design under Installation and Planning.
